Thanks for the fireworks. Because of your post about Superman, I just talked myself out of going tonight. I'm curious if you could compare it to Daredevil, Elektra or Cat Woman?
I think it was better than all of those. Although truth be told I would be guessing about Catwoman since I didn't actually see that movie (but come on, from what I heard you would be hard pressed to find a movie that wasn't better than that).
I didn't mean to make it sound like Superman Returns was a bad movie. Although, I think when you hear the movie had a budget of 260 million (granted, around 40 of that can be placed on the previous false starts) that still creates an immense expectation of a spectacular movie. Superman Returns is a good superhero movie. It's just not a spectacular movie.
