The Toothless Wonder

On Tuesday Quinn and Catherine had a play date with Perry over at his place. Perry's Mom (CeCe) made a "Quinn pizza" (cheese, no sauce) as a snack. And when Quinn was eating it apparently everyone heard a 'crack'. And just like that Quinn's remaining front bottom tooth was really loose. His first tooth evidently made the cracking sound too before it became really loose (I haven't been around to hear it either time). I don't remember when my teeth were falling out, so I don't remember if they ever made a noise like that, so I don't know if that's normal or not. Anyway, at breakfast Wednesday morning we noticed the tooth was gone. A quick survey of his bedroom though revealed nothing. And tonight when I got home I checked extensively under the bed and found nothing. There was a small blood stain on the sheets around the area here his head is when he sleeps, so it probably did fall out sometime during the night, possibly when he was taking a swig of juice (the kids still have juice cups filled with water they can get to at night). Ginger suspects the juice cup may have knocked it out and he may have unknowingly swallowed it along with the water (that part we didn't share with Quinn because he would probably find that upsetting). But Quinn's biggest concern on realizing that his tooth was missing? He wanted to know how he was going to be able to get his money for tooth if we couldn't find it.
