Thanksgiving

Today is Thanksgiving here in the states. Ginger and Grammy worked and slaved all day preparing a wonderful meal for us. And by all day I mean except for the time around lunch where Ginger and her parents made a run out to Starbucks. Because you wouldn't want to go a whole day without going to Starbucks. And who knew Starbucks was going to be open on Thanksgiving. That's a loyal customer base, let me tell you.

Hope everyone had a good day. And since this is when we're suppose to reflect on things we're thankful for, I'm especially thankful for my family. Finally, in case you're wondering, we didn't watch football here at our house, but we did watch part of last Sunday's NASCAR race on the TiVo. NASCAR: A Thanksgiving tradition since 2006.

Happy turkey day and all that good stuff.

Did you upgrade to blogger beta by any chance? Bloglines has stopped reading your feed, just like with Curt's.

No, still using the older blogger. I'm not actually eligible to upgrade since I'm a member of a team blog (team blogs can't upgrade since they can't enforce that everyone on the team upgrades at once).

I've got another account under blogger beta, and I'm not sure I like it yet. And it's really annoying leaving comments. Since it assumes your gmail ID is your blogger ID at that point, whereas when I leave comments normally I want to use my blogger ID. That's the reasons I'm not commenting as much on Curt's blog these days, because when I do leave a comment with my blogger ID it screws up my entire browser into thinking I'm no longer logged into my gmail ID. Highly annoying.
