A partial fun filled day today. Only partial because once we got back from the beach this morning, did the pool thing and then had lunch, the weather turned to showers for a while. So we had everyone take a nap (we had decided after the full day Monday that naps might be needed a couple times during the week).
Quinn took his new fishing pole to the beach this and used that some. He begrudgingly also let Catherine try it out a couple of times also.
I also took Quinn out a ways into the water so he could see how powerful the waves are. Despite the fact that it looks like he's terrified, he had a lot of fun and requested that we go out several times. He does grab on petty tight right as the wave hits as you can see in the photo.
Catherine and I napped longer than Quinn and Ginger did. Ginger and Quinn played dominoes while Catherine and I were still sleeping. Since it was raining the last half of the day, we got some Wii play time in after everyone got up from their naps. In order to get that play time though Quinn needed to try a new food. So today I had him taste a banana as his new food for the day (don't get excited, he didn't actually eat it, but he did lick it and taste it about five times).
