Movin' On Up...

Movin' on up (movin' on up), to the top (to the top), to a deluxe apartment, in the sky-y-y. Tonight Ginger, Quinn and I had dinner at Joe's Crab Shack and then headed out to Dairy Queen for a tasty ice cream treat. After we go home and Quinn was in bed I headed over to Pete's swanky apartment to hang out with him and Brad for a while. Pete's place is really nice and he's become quite the art connoisseur also.


One of the coolest things about Pete's place is the view. From his penthouse floor you have a really nice view. And the amenities his building has are awesome. I'm going to have to start taking some movies over to watch in his building's theater room.






In other more boring news we had to replace parts in our heat pump and drop a fair chunk of change on that. Considering a brand new heat pump would have set us back less than double what we paid to replace parts this time I'm wondering why we don't just get a new one considering this one has broken down every summer for the past three years at least. But the repairman recommended against replacing it since it's a 2002 model that supposedly has a good reputation (I would hate to see the performance of the lower quality models if this higher end model breaks down yearly).
