Since Quinn is out of town with his grandparents, today was all about Catherine. Ginger promised Catherine they would do all kinds of girly stuff today. So after school Ginger took Catherine by the Build-A-Bear store and apparently let Catherine pick out anything she wanted. Previous visits to the Build-A-Bear store haven't been too bad cost wise (the secret is to not buy a ton of accessories), but for today's visit Catherine made a Giraffe that likes to play soccer, so she got a shirt, a soccer ball, and shin guards (you can see the shin guards in the picture on Catherine's legs). As if those weren't enough accessories she also got a blanket, a bottle of shampoo and hand wash rag (don't ask why she wanted those, because I really don't know). All in all, this ended up being one of the more expensive visits. The price for the Giraffe starts out higher in general since part of the funds go to the WWF (that would be the World Wildlife Fund, not the World Wrestling Federation). Ginger also took Catherine to lunch over at Tysons (I've already forgotten the name of where they went, some Italian place I don't like though).
When I got home, no one was here, so I hopped back into the car and drove towards the parks and ran into Ginger and Catherine walking home (okay, I didn't literally run into them, but rather located them and gave them a ride home). Ginger suggested to Catherine that we go to eat at Red Robin and Catherine agreed (partly I believe because she knew that's where she gets to watch Tom and Jerry cartoons). So Catherine barely ate her dinner (ate the fries, but not the main corn dog) and watched Tom and Jerry the entire meal.
Since this is Catherine's day here, I leave you tonight with this video of Catherine performing her dance. The video clocks in at about two and a half minutes. She was doing good in the second half of the video right up until she started watching her reflection in the TV screen.

That is one enormous television next to Catherine.
Cute dancing, BTW
It is a 60 inch screen, but it's not digital, and it's probably close to 7 years old now.
