The server is returning the correct information to say it's a picture, it's just added an extra line that wasn't there before.<BR/><BR/>The request for the image has started returning the line "Content-Disposition: attachment".<BR/><BR/>That's what's causing the popup (because I'm referencing the image directly with the URL and it's adding that line in when referenced).
